We start by understanding your current situation including your offer, your clients and your delivery to identify exactly where leverage is leaking.
From there we redesign your offer around the highest-impact levers. We'll tighten scope, reframe it, work out your pricing, standardise delivery, and sharpen your ICP.
You leave this phase with a fully designed high-leverage offer ready to take to market.
MONTH 02
Launch your new offer and iterate.
We build everything needed to take the redesigned offer to market, including a landing page or offer doc, announcement content, and your sales process.
We'll sharpen the messaging based on early conversations and adjust as real feedback comes in.
This phase ends when you've launched publicly and closed your first clients on the new offer.
MONTH 03+
Optimise delivery of your new offer.
Here we'll use what your actual clients teach us to compound the leverage gains.
We'll standardise delivery so it doesn't sprawl. We'll also keep iterating your offer based on what's working and what isn't.

I spent years helping dozens of experts package their offers.
Then I noticed a pattern. Lots of established experts were selling out and instead of celebrating were starting to realise they'd hit a revenue ceiling. And all they had to show for it was a packed schedule and no free time.
So I built Fulcrum to solve it. Taking established experts from low-leverage to high-leverage, giving them back the freedom and flexibility that made them start your business in the first place.

Some other things you should know...
Who is this for?
I work with established experts. Consultants, coaches, creators, etc. who are constantly selling out their offer but are constrained by actually delivering it.
Who is this NOT for?
If you're struggling to sell anything at all and don't have any kind of ongoing marketing and lead gen, then you might be better off fixing that side first before refining your offer.
How long will the retainer last?
Roughly speaking, phase 1 (audit) and phase 2 (design) will take 2 months. Phase 3 is ongoing. While there isn't a minimum amount of time to sign up for, I recommend committing to 3 months minimum to get the most value from our time together.
Why is it a retainer?
The truth is, it can take a different length of time depending on the complexity of the offer, and whether you're making tweaks or a major overhaul. And so it's impossible to specify an exact length of time. It also means we aren't constrained by self-imposed deadlines and gives you more flexibility in terms of stopping when you feel ready.
Am I doing most of the work?
My job is to mostly advise and guide your thinking, challenging you when necessary. Between our sessions you'll be expected to spend a couple of hours on some homework. But of course the more time you put in the sooner we get your new offer out there.
What if I don't sell a service?
If you don't currently sell a service but you're looking to add one to your business, then I can still help with that depending on your situation. Always worth a quick chat to see.
What happens on the weekly calls?
The focus of each call varies depending on where you are in the process. Early on they'll be focused on auditing and designing your offer. Later on they may be focused on more specific aspects of your offer or client delivery issues that have come up.
Are you just coaching?
Think of me as a strategic thought partner who isn't afraid to get his hands dirty. I'll be there to guide and advise on your journey, but also will muck in and be an extra pair of hands for writing the odd bit of copy or content and things like that.
